The Dike Newell School project presented a unique challenge following an unfortunate fire incident. Our role in this project was multifaceted, beginning with the demolition of the fire-damaged structures. We carefully demolished and removed the remains of the school, followed by an extensive clearing and grading of the site. This thorough site preparation was pivotal in transforming the space, making it ready for new construction and future educational pursuits.
